Job Description:

Communicate with dispatch for daily work orders. Communicate and handle customer service with onsite project managers. Manage team of wood touch up labor. Working supervisor will work with the team not just manage.
Hours vary. Never work on Sunday.

No tools required - provided.
Profit sharing of jobs or raise in 90 days. EXECELLENT income potential for hardworking project manager. Could lead to a 100k position for right person.
Business open for 20+ years.
Paid Vacation 1 week the first year. We take off Christmas for extra days paid.

Will train for labor positions.

Must have truck that will seat alteast 4 people.
Bi-lingual spanish a plus.
Some areas require Hard Hat, Work Boots & Safety glasses.
Ability to bend, squat, climb ladder, lift doors occassional with help, required. Must be physically fit.
Experience of wood touch up, wood doors, wood elevator cabs, and wood restoration in the field is desired for lead.
Willing to learn our methods a must.
Non-compete required.
Experience at customer service.
Ability to use computer with dispatch software and manage employee hours. (will train)
Need to be able to start immediately.
